Sang Har Kuew Teow Noodle

Ingredients:

200gram Kuew Teow noodle
2  big fresh water prawns – clean and cut into halves.
5 cloves garlic – chopped
5 slices of ginger
2 bunch of japanese sawi
2 egg – beaten
2 tablespoon cornstarch – dissolve in small bowl of water
2 tablespoon grapeseed oil
2 tablespoon sesame oil

Seasoning:

1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoon of maggi chicken stock
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

1. Heat 2 tablespoon sesame oil, then fry the noodle for 5 minutes then set aside.
2. Add grapeseed oil and fry garlic and ginger until brown. Pour all the seasoning and cornstarch water.
3. Add noodle and the prawns until the prawn is cooked. Add japanese sawi stir for few minutes then off the heat. Pour the beaten egg then ready to serve.

Aglio Olio with Prawns

This dish i cooked for lunch. Only need 20 minutes preparation and ready to serve.

Ingredients:

Handful of Spaghetti
10 pieces of prawns or more (peel the skin)
5 tablespoon of Olive oil
4 pieces dried chilli (finely cut)
2 clove garlic (crash)
Broccoli (cut in small pieces)
Salt to taste
Some black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon classic pesto sauce
Celery leaves for garnishing

Method:

1. Boil spaghetti until tender and cooked. Add broccoli and boil another 1 minute then drain it.
2. In separate pan, heat olive oil. Add garlic stir and cook until brown color and fragrant, then add prawn, salt and some black pepper.
3. Pour the spaghetti and broccoli into the pan then off the heat and stir. Add the classic pesto sauce then garnish it and ready to serve.
